Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call etiquette and message routing
- Greeter and visitor management with professional demeanor and security protocols
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting room logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Kansas City residency preferred (or willingness to relocate)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
