Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct 100+ daily calls with professionalism
- Greet/escort all visitors including C-suite executives and VIP clients
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding documentation
- Maintain pristine reception area and conference room standards
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years corporate reception experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with grace
- Discretion handling confidential executive information
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly/Office 365)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
