Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Coordinate visitor registration and security protocols for corporate headquarters
- Oversee conference room scheduling and meeting logistics for 15+ daily bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Support HR functions onboarding and employee orientation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with composure
- Professional appearance and demeanor representing company standards
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license preferred for occasional errands
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
