Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 100+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting logistics
- Oversee visitor protocol and security access procedures
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Prepare confidential documents and executive correspondence
- Support onboarding logistics for new team members
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive-level receptionist experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion handling sensitive executive information
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
