Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and messaging
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional hospitality and problem-solving
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across executive teams
- Maintain reception area presentation and office supply inventory
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries with precision
- Support administrative projects using Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding documentation and orientation
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities calmly
