- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet visitors, screen guests, and coordinate meeting room schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR and administrative teams with documentation and onboarding
- Maintain digital calendars for executive staff and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with vendor relations and invoice processing
- Implement office safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- 3+ years in corporate receptionist or executive support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Doodle) preferred
