Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct 100+ daily calls
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain reception area and office supply inventory
- Assist with new employee onboarding procedures
- Support administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly)
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
