Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex travel arrangements
- Greet and screen VIP visitors with executive-level professionalism
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation materials
- Support departmental projects using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain secure visitor log and access control procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Professional demeanor with exceptional verbal/written communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Discretion handling confidential executive information
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
