Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and triage 50+ daily calls with professionalism
- Coordinate executive calendar management and complex appointment scheduling
- Oversee visitor registration and security protocols for 200+ daily guests
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Prepare confidential documents and maintain digital filing systems
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new employees and manage visitor badges
- Coordinate meeting logistics and executive travel arrangements
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or front desk experience in healthcare
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and crisis management
- Professional appearance and customer service excellence
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
