Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service standards
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area appearance and office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
- Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
