Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route all incoming calls
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional hospitality
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records
- Assist with onboarding new hires and vendor coordination
- Support HR initiatives including interview scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with grace under pressure
