Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and triage 50+ daily calls with professionalism
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling across 10+ senior stakeholders
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and corporate correspondence
- Oversee visitor greeting and security access protocols
- Maintain conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Support HR functions onboarding and vendor coordination
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or high-level administrative experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and discretion
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced corporate environments
- Professional demeanor with polished business presentation
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
