- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service

- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records
- Support HR onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Assist with event coordination and office communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
