Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with precision
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications for executive leadership
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and vendor relationships

Qualifications
