Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate cross-functional meetings globally
- Prepare confidential board materials, executive presentations, and strategic documents
- Act as primary liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee special projects including event planning, travel coordination, and budget tracking
- Implement streamlined processes for office operations and administrative workflows
- Manage expense reports and vendor relationships with meticulous attention to detail
- Support CEO in corporate communications and sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in C-suite environments
