Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Travel logistics and expense reporting for domestic and international trips
- Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead cross-departmental projects and initiatives requiring executive alignment
- Manage confidential information and sensitive communications with utmost discretion
- Coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and executive offsites
- Act as the primary liaison between CEO and internal/external partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience, preferably at C-suite level
- Proven expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communications
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred
