- Travel arrangement and expense reporting for domestic/international executive trips
- Board meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up action item tracking
- Confidential document drafting, editing, and information management
- Stakeholder communication management across all organizational levels
- Project coordination for special initiatives and executive priorities
- Office operations oversight and vendor relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years executive support experience with C-suite executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in high-pressure environments
- Experience managing complex international travel logistics
