Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar Management: Orchestrate complex executive schedules, coordinate domestic and international travel, and manage high-level meeting logistics with precision.
- Executive Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering emails and phone calls to ensure the CEO focuses on strategic priorities.
- Project & Team Support: Lead cross-functional initiatives, prepare detailed briefing materials for board meetings, and track key deliverables to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange seamless travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring a premium experience for the executive.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company strategy and personnel matters.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute off-sites, client entertainment, and internal company events, managing all logistics from venue selection to post-event follow-up.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives in a high-growth corporate or tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Organization: Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively across multiple time zones.
- Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and can pivot quickly to changing priorities.
