Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize competing demands, and optimize time management for C-suite leadership
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare confidential documents, board materials, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
- Oversee special projects including event planning, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain highest standards of data security
- Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items to completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of executive support experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and proven ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives
- Professional demeanor and polished communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for critical events
