- Prepare confidential briefings, presentations, and executive communications with precision
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives requiring C-level oversight
- Serve as primary liaison between executives, board members, and external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Lead office administrative systems and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and executive presence
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
