- Coordinate complex executive calendars and prioritize competing demands with precision
- Manage international travel arrangements and itineraries including logistics and accommodations
- Prepare confidential board materials, presentations, and executive communications
- Oversee departmental budgeting, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years executive support experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
