Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, meeting agendas, and presentation materials prior to events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events and executive off-sites.
- Perform general administrative duties such as expense reporting, filing, and data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
