Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with precision
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for executive teams
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
- Support special projects and events requiring executive-level coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and training
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
