- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and logistics
- Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
