Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations, including budget tracking and vendor management
- Support special projects and initiatives requiring executive-level coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in fast-paced tech or professional services environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
