Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing daily agendas for C-Suite executives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Screen and filter incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and facilitate high-profile meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
