Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents with the highest attention to detail.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, filtering inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate parties.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items promptly.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Research and compile reports on industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
