Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for executives, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements domestically and internationally.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and drafting correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and prepare presentation materials for board meetings and client presentations.
- Document Control: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of records.
- Project Support: Assist in special projects, data entry, and reporting tasks as directed by senior management.
- Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, coordinate vendor services, and ensure a professional working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates with no direct experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
