Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and arrange internal and external events.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen and route correspondence; draft and edit professional correspondence.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and compile meeting notes for executive review.
- Project Coordination: Assist in various administrative projects, including database management, report preparation, and special event organization.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive agendas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role; internship experience is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
