Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Coordinate team events, client meetings, and internal corporate functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service is a plus (entry level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply).
