Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare briefing materials, compile reports, and handle confidential correspondence with the utmost discretion.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors to ensure executive time is optimized.
- Assist in project management initiatives and cross-departmental communication.
- Handle expense reports and general office administration tasks.
Qualifications
