Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items promptly.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and special projects.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of administrative experience or internship experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
