Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage and coordinate complex calendars for executives, ensuring efficient time management and blocking out necessary focus time.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing correspondence professionally.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure all necessary materials are distributed well in advance of meetings.
- Travel Management: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, handling reservations and ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage inventory, and assist with expense reports and reimbursement processing.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, data entry, and general administrative tasks to support the broader team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience (Internships and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues independently.
