Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationship management
- Act as gatekeeper for executive communications, prioritizing critical matters
- Lead special projects including event planning and research initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support experience in corporate or government environments
- Expert proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
