Responsibilities

- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, budget tracking, and event planning
- Implement organizational systems to enhance executive productivity and workflow efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive corporate information
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive executive support experience in corporate or non-profit settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
