Responsibilities
- Manage intricate executive calendars, prioritizing conflicting demands and optimizing time for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex logistics and itineraries
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor contracts with financial precision
- Organize high-level meetings, offsites, and events, from venue selection to minute-taking
- Champion confidentiality protocols while managing sensitive information and privileged communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of executive support experience in fast-paced corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with composure
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Strategic problem-solving skills with initiative to anticipate executive needs
- Experience supporting multiple executives or C-suite leadership preferred
