- Manage confidential corporate communications and sensitive documentation
- Prepare high-stakes presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive review
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline office operations and implement efficiency improvements
- Lead special projects including event planning and vendor management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
