Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management across multiple time zones, prioritizing high-impact meetings and strategic alignments
- Compose and edit executive communications, including confidential memos, board reports, and stakeholder correspondence
- Lead complex travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, anticipating executive needs and contingencies
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives with 15+ stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with discretion, including financial data, personnel matters, and strategic plans
- Streamline office operations, implementing efficiency improvements for executive workflows
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external partners, representing leadership with exceptional professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of executive support experience supporting C-suite executives in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
- Advanced project management capabilities with demonstrated success in complex coordination
- Unwavering discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate needs and implement solutions
- Experience with expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial document preparation
