- Strategic project coordination: Oversee cross-departmental initiatives from conception to completion
- Executive communications: Draft compelling correspondence, reports, and presentations with executive-level polish
- Travel logistics architect: Seamlessly arrange complex domestic/international travel itineraries and accommodations
- Stakeholder relations: Serve as primary liaison between executives, board members, and external partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience supporting C-level executives in tech or corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and confidentiality as demonstrated through handling sensitive executive matters
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CAP, CEA)
