We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts with precision.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comfort.
- Communication Hub: Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors, acting as the gatekeeper for the executive office.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, compile briefing materials, and take detailed minutes for board meetings and strategic reviews.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned, providing data analysis and presentation support.
- Document Management: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
