Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination across multiple time zones
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Lead cross-departmental projects and meetings with executive stakeholders
- Manage confidential information and sensitive executive communications
- Coordinate executive events, offsites, and stakeholder engagements
- Streamline office operations and implement process improvements
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proven project management experience with complex logistics
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience in fast-paced tech or financial services preferred
