Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Coordinating interview schedules and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Assisting in the drafting and posting of job advertisements.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Building relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Conducting market research to identify new talent pools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
