Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing communications
- Coordinate calendar scheduling for executive team and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Maintain clean, organized reception and common areas
- Collaborate with HR and administrative teams on onboarding processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
