- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greeter and visitor registration with warm, welcoming demeanor
- Coordinate office calendar and meeting room bookings
- Sort/distribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing packages
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service/reception experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
