Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and message routing
- Greet and screen all visitors with warm, courteous demeanor

- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic clerical tasks (copying, filing, data entry)

Qualifications
