Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, answer multi-line phones, and manage the reception area to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Assist the executive team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including updating databases and organizing documents.
- Office Operations: Coordinate office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and handle basic mail and courier services.
- Communication: Draft internal and external correspondence, including emails and memos, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for team building events and company functions.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior office experience who are willing to learn.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
