Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings to maximize efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, distribute mail, and manage incoming emails with precision and courtesy.
- Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and assist in preparing monthly reports.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and employee onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates with strong potential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor office issues and adapt to changing priorities.
