Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure efficient time management.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and distribute internal documents, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order necessary office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and conference calls.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level role).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
