Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and route appropriately
- Assist with onboarding new hires including workspace setup and orientation
- Oversee administrative processes such as expense reporting and vendor management
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for company records
- Support company events and initiatives including quarterly team building activities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
