Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Provide exceptional administrative support to executive team and department heads
- Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and calendar management
- Oversee front desk reception, mail processing, and visitor management
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain employee records
- Implement and monitor office procedures for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
